I am a senior research scientist at Zebra Technologies, working on machine learning and computer vision. In particular, I focus on model compression tecniques to optimise machine learning models; improve accuracy, and reduce inference time and size. I am also a visiting researcher in the Dept. of Computer Science at the University of Sheffield, UK.

Prior to my current appointment, I was a postgraduate research associate at the same university and a member of Mangan Lab. My research project was funded by EPSRC/ ActiveAI. I completed my PhD studies in Natural Robotics Lab, under the supervision of Dr Roderich Gross, at ACSE at the University of Sheffield. During my PhD, I worked with swarm robotics and modular robotic systems where I developed a deep interest into self-organisation and artificial intelligence.
